Rebuke Him, and Forgive Him
Take sin seriously, and forgive when there is repentance.
Jesus binds two realities together: rebuke is not optional when harm is real, and forgiveness is not optional when repentance is real—even repeatedly. Mercy is disciplined, not sentimental.

3 Be careful. If your brother sins against you, rebuke him. If he repents, forgive him.
4 If he sins against you seven times in the day, and seven times returns, saying, 'I repent,' you shall forgive him."
